Throughout her career, real estate executive Shannah Hall Franckum has demonstrated an insightful approach to both organizational and property development. She began her career as a research assistant with Touche Ross and Company, where she collected and analyzed data for the company's marketing and public relations activities. In addition, Shannah Hall Franckum played a key role in practice development functions and key logistical functions for the office's partner-in-charge, whom she served as personal secretary during her last two years with the company.

After leaving Touche Ross, Shannah Hall Franckum went on to similar roles with the Law Offices of Attorney Scott H. Robb on New York's Central Park West and KMG Main Hurdman on East 52nd Street. She relocated to Boston in 1986 to become vice president and director of leasing with Cambridge Development and Investment Associates, formerly known as the Real Estate Company of America. Ms. Franckum successfully transformed a 1928 Sears-Roebuck building into a thriving Japanese retail and office complex, and oversaw the high-profile property for 10 years. She next served as director of retail leasing with the commercial division of Hammond Real Estate before accepting her current role as principal of the Cambridge Real Estate Company.
